Where are the clothes made?
Our clothes are designed in the UK and ethically manufactured in a family run factory in Portugal and a small factory in India.
What are MyJamas made from?
GOTS approved 100% organic cotton. All our clothing is OEKO-Tex 100 standard rated - essentially no nasty chemicals in the dyes etc so especially perfect for those little ones with sensitive skin.
What are the sizes of your MyJamas?
We go from birth up to age 5. All our pyjamas are designed to last you the full year with slightly longer tops and cuffs for those growing limbs. Sizes are age 1y-2y, 2y-3y, 3y-4y and 4y-5y. As they are a slim fit, if in doubt, we would advise to size up. Please see our size guide for more detailed information.
The sleepsuits come in size 0m-3m, 3m-6m and 6m-12m, they are all true to size and the 6m-12m should last well into the child's first year as they have extra long cuffs which can be unfolded as they grow.
What packaging do you use?
All our products are sent out wrapped in tissue paper with a lovely sticker to secure it in place. We use recycled plastic bags to post our items out in, this ensures your items arrive dry and they fit through most letterboxes, so no trips to the post office to collect items if you’re not home. Please note if you order multiple items, they may not fit through your letterbox – it’s just the laws of physics.
What precautions are you taking in light of COVID-19?
All our orders are packaged up by Helen or Claire (the business owners), the working area is cleaned daily, with regular hand washing and hand sanitiser used continuously to ensure no contamination when sending out orders.
Can I track my order?
We are able to track whether you order has been delivered, so if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please do contact us at email@example.com.
Can I get a gift receipt?
Please write in the notes section of the checkout if this is a gift and we will include a gift receipt. You can also include a personal message here and we will include a hand written note in with the gift.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
All of our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and closed with a lovely Lister & Bruce sticker – we would certainly be happy to give them out as presents like that.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to both Europe and the rest of the World, using an International Tracked service. Please see below for more information and prices.
Do you give refunds?
We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but we do offer a 14 day returns policy for items that are unused and in the same condition in which they were supplied. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for items purchased in the sale. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. You can also download our returns form here.
My Delivery is urgent, can I have it sooner?
If you have an urgency with your order, please contact us directly via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01134 360828 and we will try and accommodate your request.
How much is delivery and how long will it take?
Deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail in the UK and you have 2 options. The following is based upon the order being placed by 2pm on the day of purchase. The first option is £2.99 and should take 3-5 working days. The second option is £3.99 and should take between 1-2 working days for UK mainland, however during busy periods or adverse weather this may take longer, in which case we will highlight the delay online whenever possible and email you with any foreseeable delays.
For International deliveries we use a tracked service. The cost is £10,00 for Europe (4-6 working days) and £12.00 for the Rest of the World (6-8 working days).

If you are local to us (North Leeds) you can pre-arrange collection by calling the above number and will not have to pay delivery charges.
