Q: What is your returns address?

Q: How long do I have to return my item?
A: We offer a 14 day returns policy for items that are unused and in the same condition in which they were supplied. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for items purchased in the sale.
Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Please send your item(s) to our returns address, along with this form completed with your order details and why you would like a refund. You can contact us first should you need to at email@example.com or simply return the item and if all is correct, we will process your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note the item is your responsibility until it is received by Lister & Bruce so we advise sending the product back to us via recorded delivery to guarantee we receive it.
Q: Is it possible to exchange my item?
A: Please send your item(s) to our returns address, along with this form completed with your order details and why you would like an exchange and most importantly what you are exchanging for. You can contact us first should you need to at firstname.lastname@example.org or for a speedier process simply return the item and if all is correct we will send out the exchanged item. If your replacement item is of a higher value, we will require you to pay the difference before posting out.
Q: How long will it take to process my return?
A: Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 working days (please allow up to 10 days to receive your exchanged item in the post). There are times when we may be experiencing higher than usual demand (e.g. Christmas) in which case there may be a delay, but we will always do our best to get you the refund or exchange as soon as we can.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are ordinarily processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item. The length of time it takes to credit your account depends on the refund method, so please refer to your card issuer or if you paid through PayPal, then please view PayPal’s terms for further information.
Q: What should I do if I was sent an incorrect item?
A: Unfortunately, mistakes are sometimes made and whilst we endeavour to get everything right first time, we are only human and it’s not always the case (although it is rare!). Please contact us at email@example.com if you believe you have received something in error and we will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
A: This absolutely should not happen and if it has then we truly apologise. Again, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or if you would prefer to speak to somebody please call us on 01134 360828.
